Where is this shop based?
This shop is based in Yorkshire, UK. All orders ship out from this location.
What do you use to draw?
For my digital art, I use Procreate on an iPad with an Apple Pencil!
For traditional art, I use a variety of mediums, but some of my faves are acrylic paint markers, watercolour, and coloured pencils.
Is this all your artwork?
Yes! , I've been drawing all my life! Everything from the sketch up is by my hand and pen. I DO NOT USE AI
Do you sell in person?
Yes, I sell at events up and down the country. Please check my events page to see a list of events I am attending!
Do you offer gift wrapping?
I currently do not offer gift wrapping. Your items will be safely shipped without prices anywhere on the item, so it is safe to send them straight to your friend or family member.
Do you accept Returns?

What is your shipping time?
I am to dispatch my items once Per week. If you need something sooner, ask! I can try my best for you
Made-to-order items increase your processing time to one week. During big collection drops, it can take up to 2 weeks to ship out your order, and possibly longer for made-to-order items.
Can I combine orders?
Yes, I can combine orders if they haven't shipped yet. Please contact me by email to request this, not via order note; otherwise, I won't see it in time. My current policy is that I will automatically combine orders to the UK if I notice them. International orders won't be combined unless requested, since many people purposely place separate orders to avoid customs/duty thresholds. If you want a guarantee that your orders will be combined, please email me.
What payment types do you accept?
I currently accept payments from all major credit cards
I was charged twice or charged for a declined transaction.
If your card was declined, the declined charge will still show on your account temporarily. It should go away within a few business days. If not, contact your credit card issuer. If you attempted to use the card again, and the charge went through, then it will look like you've been charged twice. Again, the declined charge will go away within a few days. PayPal sometimes shows pending charges for two different amounts, but the incorrect one will go away on its own.
